Coffee for coffee drinkers - that’s what we do.

We source and roast great coffee. We do it for the people - the people who grow our coffee, the people who work with us, and the people who drink it. Coffee is the thread that weaves us all together. It doesn’t need to be complicated, just good coffee however you drink it.

A story built on milk crates

The Redbrick name comes from a small suburban cafe lined with Canberra red bricks.  With a coffee roaster squeezed in the corner, milk crates on the grass and endless chit chat, we built a space to connect the community with the coffee we loved. That’s how it all started in 2011 and our approach remains the same today (although today there are less milk crates and the roastery is a little bigger).

You enjoy the coffee - we’ll look after where it comes from

Our approach to coffee is built on quality and consistency; quality in flavour profile and consistency in where it comes from.

Since 2011, through our good friends at Melbourne Coffee Merchants and Cofinet, we have built close relationships with the coffee producers we source from. These relationships give us confidence in how our coffee is produced and the quality we deliver to your cup.

We’ll roast the coffee, you drink it how you like it.

The Redbrick roastery and headquarters are located in Fyshwick, Canberra.  We roast 5 days a week on a 30kg Giesen and our original 12kg Probat.

We then cup every batch to ensure quality and consistency.

We reckon there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to coffee. That’s why we offer four distinct blends and a rotating selection of single origin coffees.
