When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and posted within 1-2 business days. 

How much is shipping?

All local Canberra orders are shipped with Auspost Express for $8. Transit time is usually 1-2 business days.

Interstate orders are shipped with Auspost Standard for $12 with a usual transit time of 4-7 business days for major cities. Upgrade to Express shipping for $15 with a usual transit time of 1-2 business days for major cities.

All orders over $70 ship for FREE.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of coffee beans/grounds or for a change of mind, but if we’ve made a mistake when packing your order let us know hello@redbrickcoffee.com.au. We will fix it up pronto.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of coffee beans or grounds due to their fresh nature. If there’s an error with your order, we’ll happily fix it up pronto.

For merchandise/equipment purchased from the Redbrick Coffee website, if you change your mind, you may return the item in new/unused condition for a refund. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs and tracking are the customer’s responsibility until the items arrive with us.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received at Redbrick Coffee, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.
