1. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries within Australia
We strive to pack and send all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.
If you select standard post at check out, you should expect your items to arrive within 5-7 working days. If you select express post, your items should arrive within 2-4 working days.*
3. Customer Service
Redbrick is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
We strive to pack and ship all orders within one business day of purchase; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Ongoing Coffee Subscriptions
If you signed up for an ongoing subscription your first charge will be on the day you purchased the subscription. After your first delivery we will then charge you each time we pack and send out your coffee subscription delivery.
Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or email. Please note we require 3 working days notice to cancel your subscription if we are advised via email. You can read more about this and other things relating to Coffee Subscriptions on our FAQ page.

6. Errors
Whilst Redbrick Coffee takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Redbrick Coffee website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Redbrick Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
Redbrick Coffee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of Redbrick Coffee. Redbrick Coffee will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the Redbrick Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by Redbrick Coffee.
