Sitio Capão, Brazil
Best Suited for Filter
Tasting Notes of Mango and White Chocolate
Aneiuson Souza has been working in coffee for nearly two decades, but his connection to Sitio Capão runs even deeper. He grew up on the land, inherited it from his father, and applied his agricultural training to transform it into a thriving specialty operation. Today, he and his wife Rosemaire live on the farm with their three children, producing beautifully expressive coffees in Brazil’s high-altitude Piatã region. Sitio Capão has a long family history, and Aneiuson is proudly shaping its future. We’ve roasted his coffee before, and this year’s lot might be our favourite yet. Roasted for filter, it’s soft and sweet with flavours of mango and white chocolate, with a silky, rounded finish. A gentle, joyful cup from a producer we’re proud to share again.
