Grown by smallholder farmers on Rubirizi Hill and brought to life at Bukeye Washing Station, this espresso is the product of care, community, and craft. The Bukeye station is home to 113 dedicated employees and was the birthplace of Long Miles’ pioneering Coffee Scout program, which supports thousands of producers across Kayanza with agronomic knowledge and pest management. Each lot is carefully traced and processed to highlight clarity and sweetness in the cup. This one is no exception. Roasted for espresso, it’s comforting and bright, silky and sweet, with flavours of yellow peach and buttery shortbread. A beautifully balanced coffee from a region synonymous with quality, and a reminder of what’s possible when producers are supported to thrive.
