Tasting Notes of Guava and Pink Marshmallow
Gaharo Hill sits at the heart of Long Miles Coffee’s origin story. Before Bukeye washing station existed, farmers from the surrounding hill helped clear the land at its base and build the station brick by brick using clay from the valley floor below. Today, many of those same farmers bring their cherries to Bukeye, giving this lot a real sense of continuity and connection.
Processed naturally and roasted for filter, this Red Bourbon lot is sweet, fragrant, and beautifully structured. Expect bright tropical guava notes upfront, followed by pillowy pink marshmallow sweetness and a juicy candy-like finish. It’s silky, vibrant, and expressive, a cup that highlights everything we love about Burundi coffee.
