This Pacamara comes from Floripondio, a beautiful farm nestled high in Bolivia’s Samaipata region and home to the renowned Rodríguez family. Known for its vibrant acidity and expressive character, Pacamara thrives in Floripondio’s high-elevation, tropical microclimate.

This special lot was carefully processed using a controlled fermentation before being washed and gently dried, creating an incredibly clean and distinctive cup. Expect bright, sparkling acidity reminiscent of pink lemonade, balanced by delicate jasmine florals and a lingering sweetness. Light, juicy and wonderfully aromatic, it’s a coffee that feels as refreshing as it is elegant.
