Big fruit, soft florals, and smooth chocolate - this natural processed lot from Jigesa washing station is everything we love about Ethiopian coffee. Grown in Guji, where high altitudes and rich volcanic soils create the perfect conditions for complex flavors, this lot is made up of Kurume and Wolisho varieties. It’s part of Testi Coffee’s Premium Cherry Selection (PCS) program, ensuring only the ripest cherries from 500 independent microlots make the cut. Once delivered to the station, cherries are meticulously sorted and slow-dried on raised beds for 15-18 days, allowing their sweetness and depth to shine. Roasted for espresso, it’s bursting with juicy blueberry, delicate florals, and creamy chocolate. Sweet, vibrant, and beautifully structured.
