Hadeso washing station has been producing seriously special coffees since 2017. Nestled in the renowned Guji region, cool breezes and lofty elevations create the perfect ripening conditions for naturally sweet and complex coffee cherries. During harvest, Hadeso receives cherries from around 500 smallholder farmers, each tending organic micro-plots with care. Owned and operated by Testi Coffee, this natural processed lot is part of their Premium Cherry Selection program, a quality-first initiative. Only the ripest cherries make the cut, arriving at the wet mill to undergo sorting and grading by weight. Then, coffee is carefully dried on raised African beds for 15-18 days. Every step of the process reflects the passion and precision that make Hadeso’s coffees truly special. Roasted for filter, expect juicy berries layered with velvety chocolate. It’s a cup we could drink all day.
