Tiramisu Foam Recipe

Tiramisu Foam Recipe

In September we launched the Tiramisu Foam across all our locations for one month only. Now that it’s off the menu, we had to drop the recipe! For those that had FOMO, to those that had one too many.

Our Head Barista Jacky created two versions of the drink, one for our milk coffee drinkers and one for the black coffee lovers.

First, to make our tiramisu-inspired cold foam you’re going to need the following:

  • 350g Mascarpone
  • 500g Cream
  • 50ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 50ml Hazelnut Syrup

Add all your ingredients to a milk jug (or other vessel of choice!) and whisk until it has a velvety and airy texture. We recommend prepping your cold foam first before you pull your coffee shot.

To assemble:

For the milk-based option, start with ice and oat milk in your cup, and add a double-shot Redbrick espresso (we used Coffee Coffee!).

For our black-coffee drinkers, start with making a cold brew with Redbrick coffee. Learn how to here.

Then add your cold foam on top, dust with some chocolate powder, and garnish with a savoiardi if you have one on hand!

And that’s how you make the Redbrick Tiramisu Foam at home.
