Tasting Notes of Mulberry and Chocolate Fudge
Perched among the rolling hills of Bolivia, Los Cerros takes its name from the landscape that surrounds it. Translating to "the hills", the farm is run by Victor Quiñones and his wife, Octavina Gutiérrez, whose dedication to quality and experimentation has helped establish Los Cerros as a producer of distinctive and expressive coffees.
In the cup, this coco natural lot opens with rich notes of mulberry, bringing ripe berry sweetness and a jammy depth of flavour. Layers of chocolate fudge follow, adding a smooth, velvety richness. The combination is both comforting and complex, offering plenty of sweetness while maintaining clarity and balance throughout the cup. Expect a cup bursting with dark fruit sweetness, silky texture, and lingering chocolate richness.
