Juicy, floral, and effortlessly elegant, Ayla Bombe Washed is Sidama at its most refined. Produced at the Ayla washing station, this lot brings together the work of hundreds of smallholder farmers from the surrounding highlands. Named after the niece of Testi Coffee’s founder, Ayla has become known for coffees that balance vibrancy with grace, and this washed expression is no exception. This particular lot comes from the kebele of Bombe, where careful harvesting and separation of cherry help preserve clarity and nuance in the cup.

Roasted for filter, white peach sweetness opens soft and luminous, before unfolding into lifted jasmine aromatics. The texture is silky, the finish is clean and gently perfumed. Bright, silky, and layered with gentle sweetness, it’s an easy favourite filter roast for a reason.
