High in Ethiopia's Sidama region, Ayla washing station brings together the harvests of hundreds of smallholder farmers from the surrounding hillsides. Named after the niece of Testi Specialty Coffee founder Faysel Abdosh, the station has earned a reputation for producing coffees that celebrate the brightness, sweetness, and floral beauty of the region. Careful processing and lot separation ensure each coffee reflects the unique identity of the community it comes from, and this lot comes from the kebele of Bombe.

In the cup, vibrant notes of key lime pie bring lively citrus acidity wrapped in a creamy sweetness, while jasmine adds delicate floral lift and aromatics. Silky in texture with a citrus lift, it strikes a beautiful balance between sweetness and elegance, finishing clean with lingering floral aromatics.
