Jamir Muñoz was just twenty-two when he bought his first farm, Buenavista, in San Augustín, Huila, where he grows and processes his coffee alongside his family. A decade later, he’s expanded his land, built a family home alongside his relatives, and continues to pour his energy into producing standout coffees. With each harvest, he refines his craft, balancing tradition with innovation while dreaming of teaching his children the same skills. This washed lot is delicate yet vibrant, with the crisp bite of green apple lifted by soft, floral notes of jasmine. Roasted for filter, it’s bright, sweet, clean, and endlessly drinkable.
