Flavours of candied orange and plum.

A special washed processed micro-lot from Santa Isabel farm, located in the mountainous region of Guatemala. Cool climates, dense rainforest and plenty of rainfall create a long harvest period and very unique growing conditions. Santa Isabel is owned by Luis Valdés Sr and managed by his son, who is also called Luis. From every coffee that was processed and cupped, the very sweetest, most floral and complex lots were put aside to create “Las Flores”. This coffee is distinctly fruit forward with a lingering floral finish.
