A natural processed coffee from the Mormora Coffee Plantation located in the Guji zone of Sidamo. Mormora is a 200 hectare semi-forest coffee farm, meaning the forest is managed to allow coffee to grow throughout it. The surrounding trees provide both sun protection and a rich source of nutrients. With such ideal growing environments, this region is known for its exceptional heirloom varieties. A combination of Jarc 74110 and 74112 makes this lot no exception. We love this coffee’s sparkling mouthfeel and distinct flavours of strawberry and green apple.
