A fully washed Pink Bourbon lot from Palestina, Colombia. Los Lorenzos is a community of 20 coffee growers who focus on making incredibly high quality coffee in the famous Huila region. The pink bourbon varietal is a hybrid of Yellow and Red Bourbon, where the cherry becomes a pink colour when it is ripe. This particular varietal is extremely uncommon, and is rarely separated into 100% pink bourbon lots like Los Lorenzos. 

We selected this coffee for the Sweet category for it’s delicate acidity and high-quality sweetness…a seriously pretty filter coffee!
