This particular lot is a Chiroso varietal, which is native to Urrao. This particular varietal ripens quite slowly, leading to a more delicate and complex flavour profile.

We’ve placed this coffee in our Sweet category because of its jammy, bright flavour profile. This coffee has been roasted for espresso.
