Bogale Turkey, Ethiopia – Espresso
$20.00 – $70.00
Flavours of blueberry & jasmine
A natural processed coffee made up of five local varietals – Welisho, Dega, Kudhumu, JARC 74110 and 74112. This coffee was sourced by single-producer Bogale Turkey, who owns and operates a 13-hectare farm called Banko Calcale. This is quite special as up until recently, most Ethiopian coffee came from multiple producers. This farm is located near the Gedeb district in the mountainous coffee region, Sidamo. With a cool climate and high elevations, coffee grown on this farm ripens slowly, resulting in a deliciously sweet and complex cup.
